A charming complex of two beautifully restored stone houses nestled in the serene countryside of Kythnos, just minutes from Dryopida and Kanala villages. Originally traditional shepherd’s shelters, they have been thoughtfully redesigned by a renowned architectural studio, seamlessly blending Cycladic minimalism with modern comfort.
The stone harmonizes with wood and other natural materials in each house: “Light” features soft, airy tones of white and a light, open aesthetic, while “Stone” embraces a more traditional palette, highlighting exposed stone and preserved architectural details such as niches and a fireplace.
Designed with all modern comforts, each house can accommodate up to four guests and are suitable for couples, friends and families. The outdoor spaces are private yet subtly separated; when rented together by a single group, they can also be enjoyed collectively.
The views are breathtaking: from the sparkling sea and surrounding Cycladic islands to the mountains and the island’s characteristic terraced landscapes, creating a beautiful natural canvas around the houses. These surroundings offer peace and tranquility, promising a relaxing and serene stay.
Exploring the surrounding villages and beautiful beaches is most convenient by car.
The port of Kythnos (Merichas) is only a 25-minute drive away.
Dryopida Village can be reached in just 8 minutes, while Kanala Village is only 5 minutes away.

House 'Light'
House 'Light'
House Light is the newest addition to the complex, a 35 sq.m. residence designed for comfort and style.
It features two bedrooms, each with a double bed, along with a cozy living area and a fully equipped kitchen with stovetop and oven.
Despite its traditional stone exterior, the house offers a light and airy atmosphere indoors. The interior is styled in soft off-white tones, with white polished cement finishes on all built-in elements, complemented by natural wood and terracotta accents in the décor and custom furnishings.
Outdoors, guests can enjoy a built-in sofa and a dining area with a table under a pergola, perfect for relaxing while taking in the views of the Aegean Sea and the surrounding mountains.

House 'Stone'
House Stone is a 45 sq.m. residence designed for a comfortable and authentic island stay.
It features two spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed, along with a cozy living area and a kitchenette (without oven or stovetop), ideal for light meal preparation.
The house stands out for its more generous bedroom spaces and its immediate, unobstructed views of the sea, offering a truly relaxing atmosphere.
Indoors, the design follows a more traditional style, highlighting the character of the island with warm tones and simple, authentic details that create a welcoming and homey environment.
